Self Development for 2020
So a new year is upon us. Last year I felt like I didn't do much as far as my professional blog went and I also had some doubts and concerns about my effectiveness within my leadership role. Throughout the holidays, I have had quite a bit of time to reflect and delve into what areas need to be addressed and developed.
Recently I have come across a person who I really enjoy listening to and I think he has a lot to offer in order for me to take things to the next level. I have decided to use Kerwin Rae as a type of mentor to help in my awareness of myself and my growth as a teacher and leader.
